Online Sales:
We know what it’s like to order online and not get what we expected. That’s why we go to great lengths to showcase our products to reflect true colour so you can make the best decision about which colour and design you prefer. Be mindful that different computer types and screens will show different colours.
That being said, we cannot return items on the basis of wrong colour so please choose carefully.
If your purchase is damaged in any way, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase with your receipt for a store credit. We recommend using a secure postage option as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail. Once we have received the item, a replacement of your choice will be mailed to you.
Market Sales
We are happy to provide an exchange within 7 days if the product is faulty. The item must be returned to us in it’s original condition and you may choose another of similar type. We do not provide exchange in the event that you change your mind about colour.
For all items sold online or purchased at markets:
If an item has been worn or washed, we cannot refund or exchange. Please follow our care Instructions carefully, as natural fibres can shrink and change shape if not handled correctly.
